Before tourism, before the rush, there was time.
Time to cook the grains, knead the bread, and sit at the table to share what there was. It was simple, but it was soul-filling.

In this 2nd edition of Algarve à Mesa: Wine Dinner, we want to take you back to that time. To a kitchen made with leisure, where bread is broken with your hands and wine is served with stories and laughter.

More than a dinner, it is a wine and sensory experience that celebrates the most genuine thing about the Algarve: food made with soul, wines that are born between the limestone hills and the sea, and people who still know how to toast slowly.

Chickpea Stew, Algarve Style A pot in the centre and sharing as tradition dictated.

Orange & Almond Tart Dried figs, medronho and a conversation that has no end time.
