Fado Night

Some nights are planned.
And some nights simply have to happen.

On the 1st of May, Restaurante O Finalmente once again hosts an Intimate Fado Night, designed to be experienced at the table, shared, with traditional dishes, time and silence.

It is not a tourist show. It is not dinner with background music.
IT IS FADO.

We want to create a Portuguese night in its rawest state:
- Shared tables
- Platters in the centre
- Clinking glasses
- Silence when the guitar begins

Fado is not consumed. It is felt.

On this night there are no à la carte choices. There is surrender.
You sit. You share a table. You share bread. You share destiny.

Set sharing menu, served in three stages, interspersed with live Fado performances.

Stage 1 – The Laid Table 
- Rustic bread and Olives
- Cheese board and Muxama
- Roasted chouriço served in bread and its own fat
- Codfish cakes
- Snails
- Tuna Estupeta 

Stage 2 – Hot Platters
- Creamy baked cod

Stage 3 – Sweet Finale
- Chocolate mousse
- Coffee & Ginjinha

Algarve Wines 🍷
Throughout the night, we will serve Villa Alvor White and Red,  Algarve wines that bring the territory to the table, unfiltered. Tal como o fado, they are born from time… and the earth.

The White arrives fresh, citrusy, with that light salinity that almost tastes of the sea.

The Red enters more intense, with ripe fruit and a soft structure that lingers. Two wines. Two moments. The same conversation, between the dish, the glass… and fado.

They are Algarve wines. With character. With identity.
Served all night long, without haste. Because at this table, wine is not a detail.
It is part of the music.
