Dinner & Fado

One night. 38 seats. Never repeats.

There are nights that are planned.
And there are nights that simply had to happen.

On the 20th of March, the O Finalmente Restaurant hosts an Intimate Fado Night, designed to be experienced at the table, in sharing, with typical dishes, time and silence.

It's not a tourist show. It's not dinner with background music.
It's FADO.

We want to create a Portuguese night in its rawest form:
- Shared tables
- Platters in the centre
- Glasses crossing paths
- Silence when the guitar starts

Fado is not consumed. Is a felling.

On this night there are no à la carte choices. There is surrender.
You sit down. You share a table. You share bread. You share a destiny.

Set menu for sharing, served in three moments, interspersed with live Fado performances.

Moment 1 – Table Setting 
- Rustic bread Olives and old butter
- Cheese and cured meats board
- Roasted chorizo served in bread and its fat
- Cod fritters and Octopus Pataniscas
- Muxama
- Tuna Estupeta 

Moment 2 – Hot Platters
- Cod with Cream
- Oven-roasted Pork Belly and rustic Vegetables

Moment 3 – Sweet Ending
- Sweet Rice
- Chocolate mousse
- Coffee & Ginjinha

Algarve Wines 🍷
Throughout the dinner, UCA Violinista wines will be served, an Algarve brand that celebrates the connection between wine and music.

Like fado, these wines are born from the territory and time.
The White, fresh and expressive, accompanies the seafood snacks, sausages and the first toasts of the night with balance.  The Red, more structured and intense, supports the hot dishes and converses well with the depth of the Portuguese guitar.

They are Algarve wines. With character. With identity.
Served throughout the night, without haste. Because at this table, wine is not a detail.
It's part of the music.
