This event will be a true journey through the flavors and aromas of our region, ideal for anyone looking for a special evening filled with good conversation, wines and dishes that pay homage to tradition.


The Menu
Our menu has been carefully thought out to provide a perfect pairing with the wines we have selected for the evening. The highlight will be the authentic and tasty cuisine of our chefs Dona Noémia and Dona Célia, who, with their experience and love of Algarve cuisine, will share the secrets of typical dishes that have won hearts for generations.

Our Chefs: Mrs. Noémia and Mrs. Célia
This dinner will be led by the hands of Dona Noémia and Dona Célia, humble cooks with a passion for our gastronomy. Unlike the great critically acclaimed chefs, these women have a deep connection with Algarvian cuisine, having learned all its tricks and secrets over years of experience. Their recipes have been passed down from generation to generation, and the dishes you'll taste are the true essence of our land. They are cooks who, more than preparing food, transmit love and tradition to each dish.
